  • We validate your details in real-time and show your account info
  • Enter the amount (or select a quick amount)

Most bill payments are free of charge. A small convenience fee may apply on certain services (e.g. electricity tokens). Any applicable fee is always shown clearly before you confirm payment — you will never be surprised by hidden charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about bill payments

Almost all payments are processed in under 60 seconds. Electricity tokens and data bundles are typically delivered within seconds of a successful transaction.

Yes. Simply enter their meter number, phone number, or smart card number instead of yours. The service will be activated on their account.

Double-check the number printed on your meter or utility bill. Make sure you have selected the correct electricity provider. If the problem persists, contact your utility company to confirm your account number, then try again.

First, check that the payment was successful by reviewing your transaction history. If the payment went through, wait up to 5 minutes for network delays. Still nothing? Contact our support team with your transaction reference and we will investigate immediately.

You can pay with any Nigerian debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, or USSD. We do not currently accept credit cards issued outside Nigeria.

Each biller sets its own minimum. For electricity, the minimum is usually ₦500. For airtime, as low as ₦50. Maximum amounts depend on your account verification level — fully verified accounts have higher limits.
